Maldaru Lake Trek
The trek to Maldaru Lake is a beautiful trek through the Govind National Park in Uttarkashi ,Uttarakhand tucked at 4,200 M above sea level, which is famous for its wild flowers especially orchids. Maldaru Lake Trek is a sacred Lake which lies close to the Osla village in Har Ki Dun valley and Ruinsara Valley trek. No doubt, the Himalayas have enchanting beauty, bracing climate and desirable soothing green meadows. This lake worshipped by the local folks as “House of Gods”. This lake is held sacred and has a circumference of about 300M . Trek through the beautiful old fashioned villages with a taste of simplicity with highly rich tradition and culture, there are wooden houses and the architecture of their temples are rare. This Valley is breath-taking.
